Hi, my name is Sam - Pipesline Animation. I’m a third year Animation Student at Ravensbourne University specializing in 3D realism shot animation. I have previously worked in Motion graphics at Jump Design and Direction as a Design assistant, as well as a Runner at Milk VFX. Which has led me to where I am today. My goal is to leave university diving straight into a junior animator role, and as difficult as it may be, I am determined to achieve it. 

 

But out of any job, or role, why animation? Well for me, I love bringing rigs to life and making them feel almost embedded in reality, or sometimes even somewhere in between realities… 

 

In time I have a long term goal I would like to bring into reality too, that being becoming a VFX or CG Supervisor which will involve learning the whole pipeline from start to finish, as well as how each individual software works. But that's a challenge I am more than happy to take head on!
